Using Snoozle

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Snoozle iPhone app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Snoozle. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Apple’s applicable App Store terms also govern obtaining and using the app through the App Store. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

A companion for your bedtime habits

Snoozle helps you build bedtime routines and wind down. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not promise a particular amount or quality of sleep, a health outcome, or that a reminder or app guard will always work without interruption.

You are responsible for the settings and routines you choose. Do not rely on Snoozle for emergencies or medical care. For persistent sleep difficulties or health concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Personal and lawful use

You may use Snoozle for your own lawful personal use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store terms. Please do not interfere with its operation, misuse its features, redistribute its software or branded content without permission, or use it for unlawful activity. This does not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.

Privacy

Snoozle keeps saved bedtime preferences and routine information on your device. We collect anonymized product analytics through Mixpanel to understand app usage, and anonymized crash and performance diagnostics through Sentry to fix issues and improve reliability. Analytics and diagnostic identifiers may associate events over time without directly identifying you by name or email address, and may be considered pseudonymous personal data under applicable privacy laws. RevenueCat collects an anonymous App User ID and processes purchase-related information to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices, along with the separate handling of website requests and support emails you choose to send.

Device settings, availability, and updates

Features may depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, and system settings. You control permissions through your iPhone’s Settings. The website’s interactive demos and illustrated previews do not set real reminders or change your device settings.

We may update the app or website and change or discontinue features. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every device or future iOS version. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and your consumer rights.

App Store purchases, if offered

If an optional purchase is offered, its price and any billing or renewal terms will be shown before you agree to buy. App Store purchases, subscription management, and refund requests are handled through Apple under its applicable terms, subject to your statutory rights. These terms do not promise any particular price, free trial, or paid feature.

Our content

Snoozle’s name, mascot, artwork, text, design, and software belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using Snoozle does not transfer ownership of that content to you. Third-party content remains subject to its own applicable licenses.

Disclaimers and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snoozle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of Snoozle.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory warranty, remedy, or consumer right. Your applicable statutory rights take priority over any conflicting provision of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Snoozle evolves. The current version will be available on this page with its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
